Fulfillment Policy:

Once your order is placed you will receive an email with your appointment information within 24-48 hours. All sales are final, and no refund will be given on any service. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. I will allow you to reschedule one time. All rescheduled appointments must be rescheduled within a 30-day time frame. If you do not reschedule within a 30-day timeframe your order is no longer valid, and you will need to book a new appointment.

If you select a mediumship service, please understand that you are among many other clients and you will be given an appointment within the order that your order was received. I have the right to refuse any service if I deem that there is ill intent and as a client you do not follow instructions. Other than afterlife communication please understand that the mediumship service may take a month to complete, and you will receive weekly communication from me. Please understand that I am here to help, but this is a business and because of my busy schedule do not expect communication other than the times I have indicated in our meetings.
